Walking Away: Weakness or Wisdom?

Quitting has a bad reputation – like giving up before the finish line. But what if stopping is the smartest move? What if walking away is not weakness, but wisdom?

Think about the teacher who resigns rather than cover up corruption at their school, or the worker who leaves a company that exploits its employees. What about the friend who finally cuts off a toxic relationship, or the citizen who refuses to be complicit in an unjust system? Sometimes, quitting isn’t failure – it’s self-respect.

But here’s the twist: When is quitting the right call and when is it just chickening-out? When is sticking-it-out admirable, and when is it just stubbornness in disguise?
